Shipping Policy

"At Lumi & Co., we strive to deliver your pet's essentials as quickly as possible. We offer two shipping methods for all orders within London and the UK:

Standard Shipping (FREE): 7 to 12 business days.
Express Shipping: 4 to 7 business days.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel's journey through our Track Your Order page.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you or your pet are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our support team at supportshopslumi@gmail.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
